14. Conformational searching was performed using the AMBER* forcefield as implemented in Macromodel (Version 7.1, Schrodinger Inc., 2000). Families of low energy conformations were generated using multiple 10, 000 step Monte Carlo searches. Sorting and clustering of conformation was performed on the basis of a set of interaction distances including those shown in Figures 2 and 3. Of the 20 lowest energy conformations, 16 were members of the families illustrated in Figures 2 and 3
