    • 1118(Canton-Special) stock for five generations. shi permissive experiments were performed at 20°C and 80% relative humidity. shi restrictive experiments were performed at 30°C and 80% relative humidity. The vials used were preheated at each temperature 20 min before the introduction of flies. Because the Gal4 drivers used to express shi label a subset of MBs neurons (18), the memory inhibition at restricted temperature may be partial and may vary for different memory phases.
