    • 6 (0.250 mmol, 157 mg) in toluene (6 mL) were added resin (Stratosphere PL-CHO benzaldehyde resin, 50-100 mesh, 1% cross-linked, f = 3 mmol/g, Aldrich) and formic acid (1% with respect to Mn). The suspension was stirred at 80°C for 150 min. Compound 3 was filtered, washed with toluene (3 × 10 mL) and hexane (3 × 10 mL), and dried under vacuum.
