    • In the absence of the dot-lead tunneling coupling, electronic states can be described by the Heitler-London wave function in which electrons are localized at one dot, being apart from each other, with infinite on-site interaction U. The singlet and triplet states are degenerate (antiferromagnetic coupling between two localized spins is not taken into account in our model). See, M. Eto: Proc. Int. Workshop Nano-Physics and Electronics, Tokyo, 1997, Solid State Electronics, special issue, in press.
