The value of the screening parameter for Auger recombination and of the time- and density-dependent carrier diffusion rate were known only from theoretical estimates (Ref. [22]), but the results of our simulations were not critically dependent on either parameter. The calculated peak strain/centroid shift was estimated with ±5% accuracy, mostly determined by the fluctuations of the laser energy.
