    • Before the FS map of Fig. 3 was obtained each ARPES spectrum was normalized in the following way. The data for each angle in an ARPES spectrum was normalized to the integrated intensity (Le., summing over all energies) for that particular angle. However, the normalization used to obtain the map of Fig. 4 is different Here each ARPES spectrum has been normalized to the intensity integrated over the entire spectrum (ie., summing over all energies and angles) before the integration about the Fermi level was done. This allows us to make more distinct conclusions from the distribution of intensity around the FS contour.
