    • In the strict limit of the zero field, the level structure of the quadrupolar splitting of non-cubic sites will be equivalent though the principal axes are different with each other. Therefore there is the possibility that the quadrupolar splitting can be observed even in the polycrystalline samples. This is pointed out by S. Kambe.
