    • [11b] and pyridazine-based enediynes (A. Basak, S. S. Bag, P. A. Majumder, A. K. Das, V. Bertolasi, J. Org. Chem. 2004, 69, 6927-6930) revealed good correlation between DSC and solution-phase experiments. For enediynes that are solids, the onset of BC occurs after an endothermic peak, which indicates melting. For enediynes that are oils, there is only the exothermic peak. Thus we believe the cyclizations are all recorded under the same phase conditions.
