    • Although the NOESY spectra indicate slower exchange between rotamers at -20 °C than at -5 °C, the resonance signals ate are nevertheless broader at -20 °C than at -5 °C. It is likely that dynamic processes other than interconversion between rotamers, such as slower changes in sugar pucker and syn/anti-3′-GMP conformation, cause the observed line broadening.
