30. Antiresonances in the electron transfer between donors and acceptors in molecules have also been studied using the LS approach [12]; however, the effects of the non-orthogonality of the tight-binding basis that we consider here were not included in that work.

35. In the present calculations, intra-cell and inter-cell atomic orbital overlap on the leads has not been set to zero. The overlap between the unit cell adjacent to the molecule and the molecule has also been taken into account, which is an extension of previous work [10].
