    • We note that when the stamps were sequentially applied onto different surfaces, they printed the patterns expected for a given surface provided that the time between consecutive stampings was longer than ∼1 min. In other words, after each printing, the stamps reconfigured back to the original, uniform distribution of water and reagents.
