    • To quantify the formation of protected dipeptide as contaminants, the corresponding protected dipeptides (Fmoc-Gln-Gln-OH, Fmoc-Asn-Asn-OH, Fmoc-Ala-Ala-OH, Fmoc-Gly-Gly-OH, Alloc-Gly-Gly-OH, and Alloc-Val-Val-OH) were synthesized on solid phase using Fmoc/Alloc chemistry and ClTrt-Cl-resin. The protected dipeptides were cleaved from the resin and characterized by analytical HPLC.
