Role of electronic band structure and resonances on electron reflectivity and vibrational excitation functions: The case of hydrogenated diamond

    • When recording excitation functions, the acquisition computer scans the incident electron energy (steps of typically 40 meV) and sets the subsequent calculated potentials applied to the focalization lens systems, located at the exit of the monochromator and at the entrance of the analyzer.
