The fraction of impinging atoms that exit the surface and are counted within each model are: Fig.8(a): 90%(Ga), 99% (In), 100% (Bi); Fig. 8(b): 87% (Ga), 96% (In), 100% (Bi); and Fig. 8(c): 89% (Ga), 96% (In), 99% (Bi).
