13. To avoid the obstruction of another FS peak and the Kikuchi-like features in the vicinity of the [001] axis, averaging was performed over the φ′ range corresponding to the contour shown in Fig. 1(a).
14. The original SWIFT program included in the Berkeley Holographic Package treats only real scattering factors. Thus, it has been used with slight revisions for this study.
15. k = 100 eV is only a few % in forward directions.
16. Since the difference hologram includes many high-frequency noises, the filtering program was used to exclude them prior to applying FT.
