1H NMR spectra: At -80°C the equilibrium of this exchange process evidently shifts to the side of the THF complex with a six-coordinate niobium and intact C-H⋯Cl bonds, since the signals of the methine protons of the isopropyl or cyclohexyl groups move to lower field and the signals of the azomethine protons move to higher field.
