Their simulations of the influence of grain boundaries on transport provide further support to our conclusion that grain boundaries do not significantly influence mobility in the high-field regime (i.e., in the vicinity of the depletion layer). Furthermore, their results are consistent with our simulations of Monte Carlo transport in diamond including dislocations.
