    • In the simple case of a Q-independent coupling between an acoustic and a dispersionless optic branche all frequencies will be affected. Figure 4 in [23] is in this sense somewhat misleading as one may deduce from it that is not affected by the coupling. This is not the case. Even for weak coupling the optic Γ-point frequency changes. It is difficult to make predictions for the more physical Q-dependent coupling.
