    • The screen printer used was a ATMA SMT 40 (Europe Screenprint Centre, Netherlands). The screen (type SDS 56./16) had mesh 350 and a wire diameter of 16 μm. Subsequent processing of the printed layers involved levelling at 40 °C for 10 min and drying at 120 °C for 2 h, both in air. Finally, the layers were annealed for 1 h in air at a temperature of 300 and 400 °C
