Lysates were analyzed on Novex 4-12% gradient gels and transferred to PVDF membrane. Antibodies were obtained from Upstate Biotechnology (anti-Cortactin), BioSource (anti-pY421 Cortactin), and Chemicon International (anti-Actin).
