    • note
    • Preliminary results for a narrow set of system-bath parameters show good agreement between the mapped and Hamiltonian trajectories when higher order system-bath couplings are included. However, due to the complexity of the dynamics and the many possible coupling schemes, it is difficult to come to definite conclusions about nonlinear interactions. Therefore, a more extensive study of this system is required before any conclusion regarding the validity of the map for nonlinear couplings can be made.
