33. There are actually five different rotator phases which have been discussed in detail elsewhere (Ref. 14). In the context of this work, the distinctions between them are much more subtle than the distinctions between the rotator phases as a group and the liquid and low-temperature crystal phases. To simplify the analysis and not introduce extra parameters which are not readily available, the excess heat capacity which is temperature dependent in the rotator phases will be ignored.
