23. Animals and drugs. All the experimental animals used in this study were housed until use in cages containing a layer of woodshavings, under conditions of constant ambient temperature (21±1C), constant humidity and normal light/dark cycle. All the testing compounds of the present study except positive control, rolipram (Tocris Cookson Ltd.), were synthesized in Division of New Drug Discovery Project, R&D center of Biosciences at Cheil Jedang Co.
