The addition of rituximab to combination chemotherapy with fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, mitoxantrone (FCM) results in a significant increase of overall response as compared to FCM alone in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular (FCL) and mantel cell lymphoma (MCL) - results of a prospective randomized comparison of the German Low Grade Study (GLSG).
