    • Due to the high permeability of the PSS/PDADMAC capsules at swollen state, it is necessary to coat the capsules with albumin before elasticity measurement. Incubation of the capsules in albumin can form an additional protein layer and reduce the capsule size, which can both benefit reducing the permeability of macromolecules so that the elasticity can be measured.
