    • 6-DMSO at pH 7.4. Saturation was performed at - 10 ppm for the reference spectrum and at - 10 and - 1 ppm for the difference spectrum. The spectra shown Figures 2 and 3 were obtained with a field strength of 12.1 T (500 MHz). The titration experiment with compound 2 was performed at a field strength of 16 T (700 MHz).
