The fluorescence spectra of single chlorosomes were fitted by one or two Gaussian curves with peak positions at ca. 750 nm and ca. 750/800 nm, respectively, on a personal computer. All the emission bands from BChl-c aggregates of single chlorosomes could be well fitted by a single Gaussian curve (data not shown).
