    • Work in the author's laboratory and results recently reported (see: W. Reynolds and R. G. Enriquez, Magn. Reson. Chem. 39, 531 (2001)) have shown that with very small samples it is disadvantageous to use gradient-selected long-range experiments. Better results are obtained with conventional non-gradient phase-cycled experiments.
