    • The transition temperature in resistivity measurements was somewhat lower than that in magnetic susceptibility, structure and DSC measurements. The transition temperature also showed a slight sample dependence. At present we cannot conclude whether this difference in the transition temperature reflects intrinsic properties of the phase transition or has extrinsic origins such as degradation of the pellet due to the heat treatment for sintering.
