    • Aligned carbon nanotubes were peeled off from the substrate surface and dispersed in a beaker containing ethanol by ultrasonication, then a clean quartz-glass plate was placed flat on the bottom of the beaker. A film of carbon nanotubes lying flat on the substrate surface could be obtained after drying the ethanol solution in a vacuum.
