Several attempts were made to obtain better single crystals by changing crystallization conditions. However, none of them was superior to the one we finally used. Due to the thin, plate like, shape of the crystal, the average intensity of the data set was low (1.96 I/σ) and consequently only the P and the Ga atoms were refined anisotropically. In order to keep with a sensible data to parameter ratio all other atoms were isotropically included in the refinement.
