    • Equation (8) and the FFPE (9) are initial value problems whose equivalence was already discussed in Refs. 13 14. While Eq. (8) depends on a single initial condition (Formula presented), in solving Eq. (9) two initial conditions must be specified, these being (Formula presented) and (Formula presented). We set (Formula presented) equal to zero, and then solutions of the two equations are identical. The additional initial condition in Eq. (9) is a result of us differentiating Eq. (8)
