Thermogravimetry (TG) of adduct 3·(benzene) at 0.1 °C/min shows non-resolved desorption of two benzene molecules at 25-110 °C. The resulting guest-free apohost 3 with powder diffractions shown in Figure 3c shows practically no affinity to benzene.
