17. As suggested by a reviewer, the broad diffraction peak located at about 3.9° in Figure 3 might result from the Bragg diffraction of the multilayer structure. This peak position corresponds to a bilayer thickness of 2.3 nm, which matches reasonably well with the value calculated from the Kiessig fringes.
