Fabrizio Rossi received a Ph.D. in Operational Research from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1996. From 1997 he has been an Assistant Professor of Operational Research at the Department of Pure and Applied Mathematics of the University of L'Aquila, Italy. His research interests include applications of combinatorial optimization to industrial engineering, with particular reference to manufacturing and telecommunications.
