    • Computational molecular modeling results were obtained with software packages from Molecular Simulations, Inc. Dynamics simulations and energy minimizations were performed with the Discover program and the PCFF force field available with the software. All reported calculations were performed with the Polymer package. Images of the molecular models were printed from the Insight II modeling system.
