    • Interestingly, although use of PdxA as a query and either the BLAST or TFASTA algorithms to search the combined Genbank and EMBL databases turned up no significant matches to known proteins, use of the iterative PSI-BLAST algorithm (Altschul, S. F.; Madden, T. F.; Schäffer, A. A.; Zhang, J.; Zhang, Z.; Miller, W.; Lipman, D. J.
