33. H would be realized if the length scale of the 1D segments was larger than the characteristic length scales for one-dimensionality, such as magnetic length or the mean free path.
34. We think longitudinal transport to the stripe direction is more conductive than transverse transport. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that charges are more mobile in the transverse direction (J. Zaanen, personal communication).
