We do not consider the effect of field-induced multipoles for simplicity. It is expected that the stable phase is not changed from the present result even if other multipolar interactions are included. This is because the effects of field-induced multipoles are cooperative to the quadrupolar model as shown in ref. 2. Of course it is important for the realistic calculation of the field-dependence of various quantities (transition temperature etc.) in the high-field region. It is also noted that this analysis implicitly assumes a paramagnetic AFQ state, and does not consider a complicated coexistence with AFM discussed in ref. 2.
