    • The maximum SPR signal we observe for binding of CA to ASA groups is only ∼1800 RU (Figure 4). The maximum coverage that is expected with a mechanism for adsorption based on irreversible random adsorption is -55%; for reversible adsorption the maximum coverage is determined by the surface density of ligand and the dissociation constant (see Jin, X.; Talbot, J.; Wang, N.-H.
