    • For algorithm details refer to [4]. All simulations were done in three dimensions. Shear was applied using Lees-Edwards sliding boundary conditions, and the various contributions to the viscosity determined by measuring various contributions to the stress tensor. The VACF is measured from a sample of tracer particles in an unsheared box, and the self-diffusion coefficient is extracted both by integration of the VACF, and by measuring the rate of growth of the mean square displacement of the tracer particles. We have been careful to keep systematic artifacts such as those due to a finite box size, finite shear rate or a finite time step size to within the error bars.

    • Κ = 0.422(5) + 3.79(2)/γ and ρD = 0.560(5) + 7.224(6)/γ. It is these lines which are shown in fig. 3. At present we do not have an explanation for the apparent exactitude of these straight line fits.

    • Our results do support the assertion of ES that correlation effects become more important as γ increases.
