The N-acetyl phosphonate was obtained in three steps from the commercially available product for subsequent hydrolysis of the methyl ester, amidation reaction of the obtained carboxylic acid with DCC and aniline and final deprotection of the N-Cbz group followed by reprotection with acetyl chloride of the free amine.
