This retrospective case series analyzed 20 eyes from 11 patients (minimum followup, 6 months). Low-dose methotrexate therapy was a safe, effective adjunct in the treatment of chronic sarcoid-associated panuveitis. Most eyes had stable or improved visual acuities, and all patients were able to reduce or discontinue oral corticosteroid therapy.
