    • This result is consistent with the observation in our preliminary experiments that the preservation of the PG concentration in blood is very important for the exhibition of a sufficient in vivo anticancer effect. The increased biological stability may also avoid the severe side effects possibly caused by the metabolite of the antitumor PG.
