21. 6. Wang resin (100 mg, 1.0 mmol/g) was washed with 4 m/ of DMF for 15 min and then trained. Diisopropylcarbodiimide (63 mg, 0.5 mmol) was added to a solution of 4-carboxylbenzaldehyde (75 mg, 0.5 mmol) in 1 m/ dry DMF. The mixture was added to the resin after stirred for 5 min. Then 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) (1.2 mg, 0.01 mmol) was added to the resin suspension. The reaction then was stirred in a orbit shaker.
