For three-color analysis, CP cells were incubated first with biotinylated anti-Thy1.2 and then with streptavidin-Tri-Color (Caltag), FITC-conjugated anti-c-kit, and PE-conjugated anti-CD4 (RM4-5; PharMingen). Cells were incubated with anti-Fcγ II/III (2.4G2; PharMingen) before staining to block nonspecific binding of labeled mAbs to FcR.
