Br J Obstet Gynaecol 1998, 105:231-234. The evaluation of the CLT for prediction of neonatal and fetal hemolysis is based on the largest number of cases. The test predicts the clinical outcome of HDN better than quantification of anti-D by AutoAnalyzer. However, whether or not the CLT can, or should, affect clinical management is not clear.
