J Rheumatol 1998, 25:320-325. Serum RANTES (regulated on activation, normal T-cell expressed and secreted) levels were found to be higher in patients with PsA than in controls. RANTES values were not altered by cyclosporine therapy. Patients with normal RANTES values at the start of cyclosporine therapy had a better response.
