This study confirms the usefulness of single running suture adjustment to reduce sutures-in astigmatism after PK, but shows that this technique does not prevent later progression of astigmatism, either with or without sutures.

This study stresses the value of using personalized constants with the IOL calculation formulas to improve the postoperative refractive predictions in triple procedures.

This study on 16 triple procedures indicates that taking into consideration the preoperative peripheral curvature of the recipient cornea may improve the refractive postoperative outcome.

Multifactorial analysis focuses on the clinical and operative factors influencing survival (3 to 12 months) and early visual performance (3 months) in this large multicentric study.

A single-surgeon study on 702 PKs confirms well-known risk factors for graft failure and stresses the grade of recipient stromal vascularization as the main single prognostic factor.
