23. In reference [18] a nominally (lithographically) square quantum dot with a stopper preventing direct paths between leads was considered as non-chaotic. Numerical analysis of the nearest neighbor level spacing statistic for the actual self-consistent potential shows that the statistics are close to the Wigner distribution, i.e. dot is chaotic, see below for details.
